Haris A.Hamid

 

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with Honors (Marketing) from University Technology MARA in 1996. He started his career as Regional Manager in Lembaga Pertubuhan Peladang (LPP) Selangor for 8 years. In 1991, he joined KBI Trading as an Executive. He was transferred to KBI Industries as Manager in 1994 and then to ISTECH (formerly know as KBI TechTel) as General Manager in 1996. In 1997, he was appointed as General Manager for KBI (M) Bhd and then transferred back to ISTECH as General Manager in 1999.

He is currently the Chief Executive Officer and shareholders of ISTECH. He has been on the Board of ISTECH since 2000

Raja Badri Shah Raja Ali

 

 

He graduated with BSc. Electronics Engineering from UiTM in 1983. Rahmad has over 23 years working experience with several conglomerates including Siemens, Sistem Televisyen Malaysia Berhad (TV3), Cableview Services, Acoms (M) Sdn Bhd prior to his engagement with ISTECH. He was instrumental in the implementation and managing infra based engineering project management and outsourcing of business & operation services for telecommunication, multi-service system, multimedia and broadcasting industries. Some of the key projects includes TV3 broadband and satellite transmission, CVS's MMDS transmission network, wireless broadband for Mimos.
He joined ISTECH as Chief Operating Officer in early 2007 after being engaged as consultant from September 2006.

Rahmad A. Kadir

 

He graduated with a Master of Business Administration from University of Missouri, Kansas City, USA in 1995. He began his career in 1992, when he joined QI Consultants Sdn Bhd as Executive director. In 1996, he joined Yayasan Pembangunan Rakyat Miskin Perak as a Senior Manager until 2001. He then continued his career at Koperasi Belia Islam (KBI) as Manager of Human Resource in 2001 until 2002. Then, he was transferred to Caltech Sdn Bhd as Managing Director, one of the KBI's subsidiaries until 2003. He also holds directorships in Yayasan Kesenian Perak until now. He was the Director for Koperasi Amal Bakti Perak Berhad from 1999 to 2001, Director for Malaysian Muslim Youth Coop Limited from 1995 to 1997 and Deputy Chairman for Malaysian Sudanese Friendship Society (MASUFA) from 1995 to
1996.

He is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of ISTECH. He has been the CHRO since 2005. Now, he is pursuing his doctorate degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing at University Teknologi MARA (UiTM).

Zainul Md Diyar

 

 

 

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Norwich University, USA in 1990. He began his career in October 1990, when he joined Scmidt Scientific as an Engineer until June 1992. Later he joined Antah Sri Radin as Field Engineer stationed at Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea under Department of Work for 6 months. Upon returning to Malaysia he continue to work with Antah as a Project Engineer until March 1996. After that, in April 1996, he joined Atlas CSF Sdn Bhd as a Support Engineer.

In September 1996, he left Atlas CSF Sdn Bhd and joined ISTECH as a System Engineer. In 1997, he was promoted to Senior System Engineer and then, in 2000 he was promoted as an Assistant Manager in Engineering Division. Based on his commitment he was promoted as a Technical Manager in 2001. In 2003, he was again being promoted to General Manager for Engineering Services Division. He is currently the Chief Technical Officer of ISTECH. He has been with ISTECH for almost 13 years.

Husairi Othman

 

He graduated with an Bachelor in Business Administration (Marketing) with Honors from Universiti Teknologi MARA, in 1988. He began his career in 1988, when he joined MBF Finance Bhd as a Credit & Marketing Officer until June 1990. In 1990, he was promoted to Branch Manager for Tampin Branch and subsequently transferred to Mantin Branch. In 1994, he left MBF Finance Bhd and joined Oriental Finance Bhd as a Branch Manager until 1996. Then he joined AHB Resources Sdn Bhd as General Manager.

In 2003 he joined ISTECH as a Business Development Manager. In 2004, he was transferred to Finance & Procurement Division as General Manager, and now, he takes the role as Chief Financial Officer at ISTECH.

Azhar Hassan Bashri

 

He graduated with a Bachelor in CommunicationSystem Engineering from Leeds Metropolitan University, United Kingdom. He began his career in 1991, when he joined Telekom Malaysia Berhad as Technical Specialist for Microwave Department under National Network Operation Division. He then joined Emartel Sdn Bhd as a RF and Transmission Planning Engineer for the first ever GSM based network in Malaysia. Between 1998 to 2003, he has been actively support the development and implementation of Telco network and infrastructure namely to Celcom, Maxis and TM with several SI companies. He re-joined TM group as Senior Manager, Professional Services which take charge to lead the Pre-Sales, Project Management and Technical Support for the group. In 2007, after the re-alignment of TM subsidiaries, he joined Alcatel-Lucent Malaysia as Roll Out Manager for Wimax and Optical SDH Project.
In 2009 he join ISTECH as a Business Development Manager for Telco Division. Presently he is the Chief Marketing Officer for Sales & Marketing Division in ISTECH.

Yusri Mohamed

 

He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Electronic Engineering from University of Southampton, England in 1996. He began his career in 1996, when he joined Fujitsu Telecommunications Asia Sdn Bhd as System Engineer.

In 2000, he joined ISTECH as Senior Engineer for Engineering Services Division (formerly known as Technical Division). In 2003, he was promoted to Assistant General Manager for Engineering Services Division. Presently he is the Head of Operation & Maintenance in Engineering Service Division.

Wan Noor Asmawi Wan Mohamed

 

He graduated with a Diploma of Computer Science from Institut Teknologi MARA in 1993 He began his career in 1992, when he joined Object-Oriented System Sdn Bhd as System and Network Support until 1994. He then joined Alyatech Integrated Solutions Sdn Bhd as Project Manager until 1999.

In 2004, he joined ISTECH as Site Manager in Security Division until 2006. He then left ISTECH and joined AE Security System Sdn Bhd as Site Manager until 2007. In April 2008, he returned to ISTECH as Head of ESSA Division until now.

Roslan Mat Yusoff

 

She graduated with Bachelor in Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 1997. She began her career in June 1997, when she joined National Union of Malaysian Muslim Student as Administrative Executive. In 2000, she left that company and joined ISTECH as Human Capital Executive in Adminitration & Finance Division. In 2003, she was promoted to Manager of Quality Assurance & Human Resource Divison.

Norita Keman

 

She graduated with a Diploma of Accounting from Institut Teknologi MARA in 1994. She began her career in April 1995, when she joined Yayasan Kebajikan Negara Malaysia as Assistant Accountant until March 1996. In 1996, she left that company and joined ISTECH as Accounts Executive in Finance Division. In 2003, she was promoted as Manager for Finance & Procurement Division until now.
